Privacy Policy

Scope: PLANBEN handles information collected through our website, member profiles, service requests, purchases and communications. Contact hello@getplanben.com for privacy requests.
Information collected: Names, email addresses, mobile numbers, city, membership, scheduling details, requests, budgets, dates, relationship and partner preferences you provide; purchase approvals, invoices, payment status, reservations, consent records and service communications. The website and providers may collect IP address, device/browser information and site activity through cookies and similar technologies. Share another person's information only with permission or another lawful basis. Submit only information needed for the request.
Uses: We use information to manage membership, personalize plans, coordinate approved reservations and purchases, process payments, provide support, document approvals and consent, protect the service and meet legal obligations. A mobile number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Providers and vendors: Website, profile, email, payment and messaging providers, including Wix, Dubsado, the payment processor and Twilio as applicable, process information needed to support these functions. We share the details needed to fulfill an approved request with the relevant restaurant, florist or other vendor. Vendors may have their own policies. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect rights and prevent fraud.
Mobile information and consent: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that support delivery of PLANBEN's messaging service. We do not sell, rent or transfer SMS consent. Optional service texts include welcome messages, request confirmations, purchase-approval requests, reservation confirmations, reminders and support replies. Message frequency varies based on requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact hello@getplanben.com. SMS consent is separate from policy agreement and is not a condition of purchase.
Payments: The payment provider processes payments and any supported saved-card functionality. PLANBEN uses transaction records and payment status for billing and accounting. Do not send full card details or security codes through email, SMS or a profile form. Saved cards do not authorize unapproved purchases.
Cookies: Cookies and similar technologies may support site functions, security, performance and analytics. Manage available choices through site cookie controls and browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect features.
Retention and security: Information is retained as needed to provide services, maintain membership and transaction records, document approvals and consent, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on record type and purpose. Reasonable safeguards are used; no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Choices and rights: Request access, correction or deletion by emailing hello@getplanben.com. We may verify identity. Records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or transaction purposes. We will address applicable privacy rights. SMS opt-out does not cancel membership or prevent necessary service emails.
Adults only: PLANBEN services are intended exclusively for individuals age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it. Contact hello@getplanben.com to report a concern.
