Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026
Services: PLANBEN provides date planning, gift coordination and relationship concierge services described in your purchased plan or approved quote. Reservations depend on vendor availability. PLANBEN does not provide therapy or guarantee relationship outcomes.
Membership and billing: PLANBEN ONE is a one-time purchase. Monthly and Private subscriptions renew monthly at the price and schedule disclosed at checkout until canceled. Special occasions and à la carte services are separately quoted.
Cancellation: Cancel before your next renewal through your member account or by emailing hello@getplanben.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Contact us if you have trouble canceling.
Refunds: Completed planning work is nonrefundable except where required by law. Unused prepaid services may be reviewed for refund before work begins. If PLANBEN cannot deliver an agreed service, we will arrange an agreed replacement or refund for the undelivered service. Vendor refunds follow vendor policies. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Lead times and rescheduling: Submit standard requests and rescheduling requests at least 7 calendar days before the service date, and major-occasion requests at least 21 calendar days before. Shorter requests depend on availability and an approved rush fee. Any additional planning fees require approval. Vendor availability, cancellation deadlines and change fees apply.
Outside costs: Meals, gifts, flowers, tickets, travel, deposits and other vendor costs are separate from membership fees. Expenses during the physical date outside planned reservations are solely the member's responsibility. Outside purchases and applicable fees require member approval before commitment.
Approvals and cards: Each separate purchase or reservation must be approved with the amount or spending limit. A saved card is not unlimited charging authorization. PLANBEN may charge the supported saved payment method only for specifically authorized separate purchases. Payment processing and card storage are handled by the payment provider. Do not send full card details or security codes through texts, emails or profile forms. Approval records and invoices may be retained to document transactions. Disclosed and authorized vendor cancellation/no-show fees may apply.
Member information: Provide accurate contact details, dates, budgets and preferences. Share partner information only with permission or another lawful basis. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. PLANBEN may decline unlawful, abusive or unsafe requests.
Optional service SMS: SMS consent is separate from policy agreement and is not a condition of purchase. After separate opt-in, PLANBEN may send welcome messages, request confirmations, purchase-approval requests, reservation confirmations, reminders and support replies. Message frequency varies based on requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Contact hello@getplanben.com for assistance. SMS opt-out does not cancel membership; email remains available for service communication. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Third-party services: Vendors apply their own terms and provide their own services. Vendor schedules, weather and availability may change. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
